9 Story has been taking the world by storm, ever since we started animating it! Since opening our studio in September 2002, 9 Story's award-winning animation, production and distribution company has delivered over 500 half-hour episodes to critical and audience acclaim. With shows now being broadcast in over 50 countries world-wide, 9 Story repeatedly delivers quality, integrity, and some of the most beloved and everlasting characters for families and young audiences.

PRODUCTION

Production has always provided the foundation of 9 Story Entertainment's animation. Having already delivered over 500 half-hours of television content, production continues to be a vital component of the company's overall strategy.

In the heart of Toronto's media district lies 9 Story's 10,000 square foot facility with 100 digital seats and a staff of 150. These resources allow for the delivery of over 200 high-quality animated episodes per year which management firmly believes is ideal. This level of production allows for a diverse talent pool to deliver excellence in a variety of animated styles, while avoiding the consequence of diminished quality that often impacts large production houses.

With the recent addition of live-action production to its roster, 9 Story's continuous expansion is not only a reflection of the company's ambition, but also evidence of the ongoing quality of the 9 Story brand.

9 Story is persistently committed to producing shows that we are passionate about, either independently or in partnership. Our self-imposed limitation in production affords us the opportunity to select only those projects that we believe in, feel enthusiastic about, and that offer powerful brand potential.

DISTRIBUTION

9 Story Enterprises was founded in 2006 as an organic progression stemming from the entertainment division’s success as a production studio. With a focus on distributing the company’s proprietary content and co-productions, 9 Story Enterprises represents select complimentary third-party properties as well.

Having already launched several fully proprietary programs and secured broadcasters in major territories world-wide, 9 Story's distribution department has quickly earned the same level of acclaim and clout in the industry as its production division.
