Toronto, september 13, 2006
9 Story Entertainment, the Emmy and Gemini
award-winning animation company, is pleased to announce the addition of Natalie Osborne to its
growing executive team.
Osborne will assume the role of Executive Vice President of Business Development, leading the
effort to grow international distribution and the company's portfolio of intellectual properties.
Natalie joins the 9 Story team with over 10 years industry experience. She has worked with some
of the world's top media companies, including NBC Universal in London, England, where she
specialized in children's and family programming.
In 2003, Natalie became Vice President of Acquisitions for Universal Pictures Visual

existing program portfolio in all media, including video/DVD, television, publishing and
consumer products.
"Natalie's depth of experience and dynamic personality make her an excellent addition to the 9
Story family," explained Vince Commisso, partner and executive producer, 9 Story
Entertainment. "Her commitment to nurturing ideas and building properties with enduring
appeal will be a tremendous contribution to our continued success."
Osborne's career has spanned all sides of the business and several continents and cultures. Her
experience in identification, acquisition and brand management of children's properties include
Mattel's direct-to-video Barbie movies, Nelvana's new CGI Care Bears feature films, and the Kids
Like Us smash hit, Hi-5.
